You Schedule Service

At High-End Service, we take pride in offering a higher level of commitment to our customer's satisfaction. We offer more than just factory-certified service, we are very thorough to make sure you are fully

 prepared for the experience ahead.

So there are no surprises...

here is what you can expect after scheduling your service:

Service Appointment Reminder/Confirmation

A confirmation email was sent out the night before the scheduled service date. The email includes:

- A Photo and Background Info of your Technician
- What we are tasked to repair
- Portal Access where you can confirm or reschedule your service

Appointment

Different repairs and services take different amounts of time. It is hard to say how long your technician will take, but rest assured they are trying to get out of your way as soon as they can, but not rushing and making sure they are getting the job done right!

Post Service Survey

Once your service is completed you will receive a quick 5-minute or less survey via email or SMS. This allows us to track performance from the tech and office alike!
