Wolf Service FAQ’s
My induction cooktop hums loudly while cooking
Hearing a buzz or clicking noise from the induction cooktop can be from using it on a low-power setting and not a higher power setting. It can due to using different pans or an empty pan. If the noise increases significant or abnormal schedule an appointment for your wolf repair.
My Wolf oven takes longer to preheat for cooking
Wolf oven preheat times can vary by product and oven size. The appliance voltage can affect the preheat times as well. If you notice that the set temperature is not reached, taking longer than usual, or preheat is showing completed but oven is still not hot schedule service with our factory certified technicians to solve the issue.
My coffee comes out weak and slower than usual
If the coffee comes out too slow or fast, the grinder can be adjusted by turning the dial on the machine. Factory setting is level 5 so try higher or lower to see if it helps the issue. Oiled beans are also not recommended, the oil can clog the infuser. If this issues persists please call us at 866-259-2316 or schedule online.
Wolf burner clicking or does not ignite
If the Wolf knobs are constantly or intermittently sparking or clicking make sure the burners are clean and dry. Make sure cap is positioned properly and that power is supplied to the product. If you haven’t used the burner in a while try turning the burner off after 10 seconds and then wait a minute before turning back on. Lastly, turn off the circuit breaker for a couple minutes then retest. If the issue is still there schedule your service with us your factory certified service for your wolf repair.
