Our Warranty

High-End Service offers a warranty on labor and parts to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our warranty compliments your Factory warranty for comprehensive coverage and care for the repairs on your products.

Out of warranty customers (COD service calls) will enjoy a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on parts.

Appliances 20 years or older and reconditioned units will have a 60 day labor warranty and 1-year warranty on parts.

Cleaning/maintenance include a 30 day labor warranty. This warranty applies for all parts except for cosmetic damage, electronics, and glass cook tops.

High-End Service will honor the same part failure if the customer had the original factory part replaced by another company. Additional fees may apply for labor and original receipt is required.

Our warranty is applicable for products under normal use. If the product issues revolve around install, electrical or user abuse, the part will not qualify for this warranty.

We reserve the right to require a signed agreement prior to service on products over the 20 year lifetime expectancy of Sub-Zero Group, Inc.

Non-Residential Appliances, such as Outdoor, Marine and Mobile Home/RV installed appliances, do not qualify for this warranty.

All service calls are subject to a diagnostic or trip charge. This warranty does not apply to Broan Best appliances.
