I can't thank Jacob Hartog and High End Service enough ! Just before a large family function at our home our freezer went out. Jacob responded the same day, found the problem, and ordered the parts needed. An FPL transformer outage ruined my Sub Zero and my Wolf oven. Danny Burdier was the technician that came out. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Very happy with High End service. I would highly recommend it.
Mike Thibodeau provided OUTSTANDING service today. Not only did he professionally and efficiently handle the standard maintenance on and replaced the filters on my sub-zero side-by-side, but provided considerable education about the appliance and how best to maintain it. On top of all that, he helped me navigate two corporate sub-zero customer service teams to get an annoying knocking sound covered by warranty!Now that’s exceptional service!!Thank you Mike!! My first experience with High End was definitely 5 ⭐️ because of my technician William. He worked around my schedule and then let me know when he was on the way. He was friendly, professional and fixed my refrigerator problem quickly - and showed me what to do if it should happen again. Because it’s new I had a few questions and concerns which he patiently answered. I told him the next time I need service/maintenance I’ll definitely request him!
Argeny came to repair our sub zero freezer same day that I called High End Service for the repair request . He was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was completed in less than an hour AND he was able to save us over $400!! 5 Star service from start to finish!!

High End Service is legit! Unfortunately, I called them second, my mistake. The first company I called out had no idea what was going on with my issue. The technician at HES knew within two minutes of arriving what the problem was and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Amazing service and very knowledgeable. They will from here on out be my first call for service on my Sub-Zero.
Takes about a week to get an appointed . Beyond that communication is clear and efficient. Service is excellent and thorough . Recommend!!

In less than an hour Mike had diagnosed and fixed an unusual problem that had sidelined our Cove dishwasher, reinstalled it, tidied up so it looked like he hadn't even been there, and given us tips & tricks for future dishwasher use -- all with a friendly, professional, assured manner and a very nice smile. This company provides a white glove service. From the customer service representatives to the technician, it shows everyone is trained to make the customer their first priority.The technician used shoe covers and made sure to put a protective blanket on the floor and other surfaces where he placed his tools and parts.Everyone was genuinely pleasant and professional which is very hard to find among service contractors in Miami and it is extremely appreciated.

If you have high end appliances this is the company you want to go with to fix it. Technician was professional, had the control panel in his truck and installed it in a matter of minutes. Not only that he used his computer to update or Sub Zero system software. Amazing service!!!
The technician - Jose Marquez JM- was on time on both appointments. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He Fixed The ice machine leak on our subzero refrigerator. The part that needed to be ordered for the repair came in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company again!

However, when a company and their team exceed all expectations, I write!First, the High-End call center is fabulous, I wish I could recognize all of them, but I spent the most time with Jasmin who's professionalism and interest re our issues made us comfortable from the start.Second and equally important, our technician, Jorge, who we last saw 6 years ago (which is a tribute to High-End as a company), could not have been more courteous, competent and yes, patient.In short, in this time of outsourcing service, High-End is a throwback yo solid customer service!

Chris Spincola is a great technician. He diagnosed problems with our Subzero classic over/under, ordered the parts, and replaced them professionally. He is very nice, cordial, very clean, and communicated well during the whole process. When we had an issue with our ice maker in the freezer drawer upstairs he did the same for that issue. Appreciate his care and service.

High End Service is second to none, so don't bother wasting your time and money with other companies. I had my 21-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator overhauled to include replacement of the compressor, evaporator coil, and heat exchanger. Jacob did a truly amazing job from start to finish. I've never seen a technician so meticulous, and incredibly friendly, in my entire life. He starts the job by protecting my hardwood floors with rubber mats and cargo blankets and then carefully carries tools and equipment into my home. Jacob thoroughly explains everything he's doing throughout the repair. This guy is meticulous beyond belief and did an outstanding job restoring my refrigerator to factory specifications.
