Sub-Zero Wolf invites our technicians to their factory in Madison, Wisconsin to be trained by the experts and engineers. They are given factory tours and hands on experience with new appliance launches. They also receive training in any requested area of weakness and attend meetings regarding how to better serve Sub-Zero Wolf customers. Performance training standards cover product maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer relations. This opportunity is unrivaled by our competitors. Warranty Information

COD customers will enjoy a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on parts. All appliances that are 12 years or older will only carry a 30 labor and 1-year parts warranty.
